License to Use

What You Can Do

When you purchase a boilerplate from Valiplate, you receive a license to:

  • Use the code in unlimited personal or commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the code as needed
  • Create end products for yourself or clients
  • Use the code to create SaaS applications

What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
  • Create derivative boilerplates or templates for sale
  • Share your account or license with others
  • Use the code to create competing products

Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available if:

  • You have violated the license terms
  • The product has been used in a production environment
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase

Updates and Support

Updates are provided based on your plan:

  • Starter: 6 months of updates
  • Professional: Lifetime updates
  • Enterprise: Lifetime updates + priority support

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our boilerplates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing and validating the code before use in production.

Limitation of Liability

Valiplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
